Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! Free shipping is included with every order, no minimum spend or hidden conditions. We believe getting your pet’s favorite items should be easy, affordable, and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Ireland. Our focus is on providing fast, reliable, and high-quality service locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, our community will be the first to know!
What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, no worries. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just send us an email at info@petswantstuff.com and we’ll walk you through the quick and simple return process.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account.
Do you accept exchanges?
Absolutely. If you’d like to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, contact us at info@petswantstuff.com and we’ll gladly help you arrange it.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for updates. If it’s been more than 7 business days since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@petswantstuff.com and we’ll sort it out right away.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist before it leaves our warehouse.
